Simone W. Johnson-Smith is a bilingual Jamaican-American and the founder of The Bridge Concepts, LLC — a coaching and training company dedicated to supporting high-achieving immigrants, third culture people, and globally mobile professionals as they navigate identity, career, and culture in the United States.

With over 15 years in public service — domestically and internationally — a BA in Spanish & International Business and an MA in International Relations, her work focuses on the psychological and cultural aspects of integration. She has lived and worked in Mexico, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Cuba. She is a certified John Maxwell Leadership member and a certified Intercultural Strategist.

She is the host of The Immigrant Experience in America podcast (heard in 100+ countries) and the founder of The Bridge Concepts, LLC. She does this work centered in compassion and grounded in her own lived experience and academic study.
