I’m a bilingual Jamaican-American and the founder of The Bridge Concepts, LLC. With a BA in Spanish & International Business and an MA in International Relations, plus over 15 years in public service domestically and internationally — including postings in Mexico, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Cuba — my work focuses on the psychological and cultural aspects of integration.
